Again about Dr. Ron
Well I'll be damned if I didn't turn out to be the bad guy. I am sorry, I hate this more than anyone else, but in this world you generally don't get to hurt people on purpose and tell the wrong data that can hurt people and then just walk away pretending you did nothing.
Dr. Ron couldn't see any reason why I backed off from him and he said so in numerous emails and newsletters. People even sent me letters saying I have an ego problem.
Dr. Ron comes to our place in Puerto Vallarta, gets drunk and starts telling my secretary or at least my main helper that she is useless, should shut up and let him do his thing of selling our seminar.
After a stupid discussion that none of us could stop, she finally went to bed crying. Then at 1-2 AM Dr. Ron goes banging on her bedroom door, forces his way into her bedroom, and begins telling her she is useless and that she needs to do something.
She finally gets him pushed out of her room and goes to bed again. Then Dr. Ron again goes to her room at 7 AM and bangs on her door again telling her she needs to do something as she is useless. He finally went away 20 minutes later.
Then Dr. Ron said the same thing to Kerri Rivera - telling her she needed to roll up her sleeves and do some work. He did this by email after he left.
Kerri works harder than anyone I know, advising over 2000 people in how to work with MMS to recover their children of autism. She now has 41 recoveries to her record, more than any anyone in the world at this time. Many times, Kerri works 18 hours in a day.
When Dr. Ron was here, he had sold $7,000 dollars worth of my copyrighted materials on his site in just a couple of days. I know because Dr. Ron told us.
Then Kerri asked him how much he was going to pay me. He said he didn't have to pay me because he got the material off of the internet. Well, that isn't the way the law reads, so he finally agreed to pay the donation of 10%. However, the fact is he sold my materials without an agreement from me.
Dr. RON LIKES TO PULL SHITTY, LOUSY STUFF AND THEN THE NEXT DAY ACT LIKE HE DID NOTHING. HE LIKES TO ACT AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED THIS TIME.
That is exactly what happened in his NEWSLETTER. He just couldn't see why I would write such a letter stating what he is doing.
Well, look right now at the website http://www.voiceofmms.com/sp/8722-protocol-reference-guide HE IS SELLING MY COPYRIGHTED LITERATURE AND DVD'S WITHOUT ANY AGREEMENT FROM ME. HE HAS CHANGED AND ADDED STUFF TO MY PROTOCOLS SO AS TO SELL THAT ALSO.
In his newsletter he says he has been sending me money, but that was only two payments, one payment of $1,000 a year ago and $1,000 recently which is an extreme fraction of what a 10% tithe would be. I didn't ask for the tithe most of that time, only lately. But sending a fraction of 10% doesn't make him a hero, and the money he sent, still doesn't meet 10% of recent sales.
Worse yet, he agreed to promote our Seminar here in Puerto Vallarta, and he did a little, but at the same time he put up a website selling my DVD's and writings and my latest ebook that I sell as a download. The problem is, he had no agreement with me that said he could do that. AND THEN HE TELLS EVERYONE, THAT THE DATA HE IS SELLING IS EXACTALLY AS GOOD AS THE DATA THAT THEY CAN GET FROM MY SEMINAR HERE IN PUERTO VALLARTA.
Did you get that? He agreed to promote our seminar here, and then started telling everyone that the data he is selling is as good as our seminar here. That, of course, simply isn't true as I supervise everyone doing each protocol here in Puerto Vallarta and that from just the practice alone - is a lot better than watching the DVD.
So, as long as he is using that VOICEOFMMS I will not approve of his selling MMS. Do you see? Anyone who is the voice of something is actually saying that they are the authority of that thing. For example, if you were claiming to be the VOICE OF CNN, then CNN would soon be asking you to stop - or they would send the police to stop you..
I am just trying to protect my public. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ME THE BAD GUY? I probably couldn't sue him for claiming to be the VOICE OF MMS as anyone could claim such things, but I could sue him for selling my copyrighted material without my permission.
I know lot of people think I am wealthy, but I really couldn't afford to “sue” Ron. The money and the time would be the problem. I'd rather spend the time answering emails about saving lives.
SO I AM GOING TO ASK THE PUBLIC - A FAVOR. AS A FAVOR TO ME, PLEASE DO NOT BUY MMS PRODUCTS FROM DR. RON UNTIL HE QUITS USING THAT WEB SITE THAT CLAIMS TO BE THE VOICE OF MMS, AND SIMPLY MAKES AN AGREEMENT WITH ME TO GIVE ME 10% OF THE SALES OF MY LITERATURE.
Now how does that make me the bad guy? My literature is copyrighted. I am asking you to do this to protect the public.
I am the one who suffered days with malaria to prove MMS recovers malaria, I am the one who stood in front of a judge in Malawi who told me that he was going to send me to prison for 5 years, I am the one who produced most of that literature Dr. Ron is selling, I am the one that personally treated 5000 people in Africa, I am the one who created the Genesis 2 Church (I had help), and I can go on and on about a lot of stuff.
I don't see why people should be telling me that I have a terrible ego because I want to protect the public from people claiming that they are the authority on MMS. Yet, that's what I got, a number of letters saying just that. That because I want the Church and myself to be the authority of MMS I have ego problems.
I have set the Genesis 2 Church as the place where MMS technology comes from. If anybody is the voiceofmms, its the church. If Ron wants to submit his data and research to the Church for approval, that's fine with me, and I don't even mind giving him the credit for the data, but I must be able to check it out or someone in the Church must do it - it can't just come from everywhere.
And who would like that? Would you like that? That anyone could decide to be an authority of MMS then have a situation where dozens of people just gives out new random things to do with MMS? How much of that information would you trust?
Do you see? Just let the church be the authority so that when I die there will be someone in the church who still check things. I will see to it that there is always an authority concerning the Church technology of MMS, CDS and other healing information.
I am going to be asking the public to not buy MMS products from Dr. Ron until he quits using the VOICE OF MMS web site, and of course also makes a contract with me to sell my literature.
Well, this is the second letter, it is months later and Dr. Ron has just enlarged his sales of my literature and DVD's. Now how does that make me someone who has an ego problem? I just want control over my literature.
I AM VERY SORRY ABOUT ALL THIS, BUT I LEARNED YEARS AGO THAT YOU SIMPLY CANNOT JUST ALLOW SOMEONE TO CONTINUE TO DO THINGS AGAINST YOU, AS THEY SIMPLY FEEL THAT AS LONG AS THEY CAN DO IT AND BENEFIT FROM IT THEY WILL KEEP ON DOING IT. I HAVE SEEN IT HAPPEN IN MY OWN ORGANIZATION AND MANY OTHERS.
LEGALLY THE LAW SAYS IF YOU JUST LET SOMEONE CONTINUE TO DO SOMETHING WITHOUT OBJECTING, THEN IT IS YOUR FAULT AND YOU CANNOT EVEN SUE. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING I COULD HAVE DONE QUIETLY. IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY.
I STOOD BACK AND DID NOTHING FOR MONTHS AND RON RESPONDED BY COLLECTING MUCH MORE OF MY LITERATURE AND DVD'S - AND IS NOW SELLING THEM.
Dr. Ron has made many thousands of dollars selling my products and my creations. I didn't ask for anything for years, and he didn't send anything for years. So no problem, but then he has decided to take over my products, and of course, my products sell best if he can claim to be the voice of MMS.
He is also trying to be a hero for sending me a piddling amount in relation to what was sold. Like I said, he likes to pretend that nothing ever happened and thus you see his letter stating that he just doesn't understand why I said these things.
Do you get that? He is selling my copyrighted literature and DVD's, and then writes newsletters saying that he just doesn't understand why I am saying these things.

If I don't speak out against these things he will be continuing to sell my copyrighted materials. All that anyone needs to do is agree to pay the 10% royalty (now called a tithe) and they can sell my materials, but I expect an agreement. Don't just start selling my stuff. That isn't the way business is handled in this world.
He never had an agreement, and on top of that, he is now giving my stuff away - still without an agreement from me what so ever.
I was just trying to get things straight, but then he couldn't figure why I would say these things. Nothing happened - according to him. Everything is all right - according to him. I should just let him be the voice of MMS and send out ridiculous information on CDS.
Sorry, I hate this probably worse than any of you, but it is my job to see that the public gets the correct information if I can.
CDS has saved a lot of lives and recovered more than 100 cases of cancer so far - that we have records of. They will be listed along with the Affidavits swearing to them very soon, on our special web site dedicated to that purpose.
My request to Dr. Ron is very simple and easy to do: Quit using the VOICE OF MMS site. Then, if he wants, he can list his MMS and associated products site on my site for approved sellers and start donating the tithe. But he doesn't have to.
He can quit selling my literature so he doesn't have to pay a 10% royalty and anyone in the world can sell MMS without paying me a thing, but no one can sell my literature without paying the Church. So in that way he could sell the MMS without paying the church.
I ask everyone to donate to the church 10% of the MMS sales but there is no way for me to force it. I gave the MMS details to the world back in 2006, but I do ask people to help the church by tithing, all though I cannot force it - and would not want to anyway.
That's all he needs to do. Or no one has to list with us if they don't want, but they sell more if they do.
It's no big deal. But let’s just keep the MMS/CDS data as pure as we can. I am asking for your help on this. When the data comes through the Church you will always know that it has been tried and checked as best we can.
But if anyone can just claim to be an authority of MMS/CDS then how will you know if the data is correct or not?

Peru Seminar postponed
Note: We had to postpone our upcoming seminar in Peru, even though we've paid our deposit on the location. We had some response but not enough to cover our expenses at this time. We will reschedule when we have enough interest. It is too bad because we might not be able to do it for months because of other seminars being planned in other countries.
